Buyer agent

Snap the item in a shop or screenshot a second-hand listing. You get a short answer, worth buying, think twice or don't buy, with one line on why. Under it you see the item's condition, its market price now and an estimate of its worth in a year, its good and bad sides, and the evidence that's missing, such as no receipt or no photo of the serial number. It's an AI opinion to weigh with your own judgment, not a guarantee.

What you tell it matters to you, such as price, condition, brand or style, and whether you usually buy for yourself, as a gift or to resell, plus a short summary of your activity, like the categories you check most. It's saved with your account rather than in a chat, so it doesn't ask the same question twice. You can change your preferences or clear the summary at any time in Settings → Preferences. Clearing the summary keeps your preferences.

Big players answer "what is this, and where is it cheaper?" VerifAI answers "should I buy this one?" You don't write a long prompt: you send photos of the exact item and get a direct answer, based on what you've told VerifAI matters to you. Your preferences live with your account, not in a chat window, so you only say them once.

Checks & results

We don't publish an accuracy figure yet, because we haven't finished a benchmark we're willing to stand behind. Each result shows the evidence it is based on and a confidence level, so you can judge it. Clear, well-lit photos of logos, labels, stitching and codes make the biggest difference.

We're starting with fashion and electronics, for shoppers in the US first. VerifAI supports 10 categories: Fashion Clothing, Accessories & Bags, Antique items, Electronics, Art, Jewelry, Perfume & Cosmetics, Books & Publishing, Toys, and Stamps. Items outside them can't be checked reliably yet. We add categories based on demand.

Good lighting, no heavy filters. Include front/back, logo/engraving, stitching/hardware, interior labels/codes, and packaging/receipt if available.

They reflect how strongly visible evidence aligns with known references (stitching, hardware, logos, codes, materials, etc.). Higher = stronger evidence.

A Likely result means the photos didn't show enough for a firm answer: add clear photos of what's missing and check again. If a finding looks wrong, email info@verifai.sa with the check ID. A person looks at it, and if the check didn't work as it should, we return the credit; a check that fails before it finishes returns it automatically. Please keep your photos and receipts out of public posts.

Compare

Choose "Compare," upload images for Item A (required) and optionally B/C; choose relevant tags. The app analyzes visible details and returns side-by-side scores, a trend score, and a clear winner.

The app still compares items using overall visual cues (quality, design, on-trend).

Trust & privacy

No. A check is an AI opinion that reads only your photos, with the evidence and a confidence level. It isn't a physical inspection, a guarantee or insurance, and no human expert reviews it today. Use it alongside your own judgment.

It answers questions about authenticity, product details, which category to choose, which photos to take, price insights and latest trends.

Chats and photos are sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. You can delete items at any time from Chat History.

A digital certificate with the photos, price estimate, quality score and analysis. Share its link with a buyer or seller and they can open it without an account. It records an AI opinion, not a guarantee, and re-verification may be requested if the item's condition changes.
