Each check uses VerifAI AI with instructions written for the item's category, and looks at materials, craftsmanship, branding and codes. We don't publish an accuracy figure until we have a benchmark we can stand behind, so every result shows its evidence and a confidence level instead. Clear, well-lit photos matter most.

A quick check gives you a verdict and the key findings. A deep check runs a longer, category-specific analysis, estimates the market value from external price sources and produces a certificate you can share.

Yes. Compare takes photos of up to three items, scores each on the qualities you choose and shows which comes out ahead.

A Likely result means your photos didn't show enough for a firm answer, so the check leans to the more likely side. Add clear, well-lit photos of what the result says is missing, often a label, a serial number, the hardware or the receipt, and run the check again. A new check uses a credit. The scan guides show which photos each category needs.

Email info@verifai.sa from your account email with the check ID (it's under the result title) and the finding you think is wrong. A person looks at the check. If it didn't work as it should, we return the credit. We can't edit a finished report or promise a different verdict, and refunds follow the refund policy. If a check fails before it finishes, its credit comes back automatically.

No. Every result comes from AI models, and there is no VerifAI expert or authenticator service today. On business plans, flagged cases go to a review queue where your own team decides. For a high-value item, also ask a professional authenticator.

Not reliably yet. VerifAI covers clothing, bags and accessories, jewellery, art, antiques, electronics, perfume and cosmetics, books, toys and stamps. Checking something else under the nearest category can give a misleading result, so we don't recommend it.

No. A check reads only the photos and documents you upload. It isn't a physical inspection: it can't handle, weigh or test the item, or see anything the photos don't show. It isn't a guarantee or insurance either, and VerifAI doesn't pay out if a result turns out to be wrong.

We can find the check from its ID, so don't post your photos, receipts or documents in public places such as reviews or social media; if we need anything else, we'll ask you privately.

Yes. Share the certificate link and the person can view the result and evidence summary without signing up.

Photos and documents are sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. We don't share your personal information with third parties without your consent, apart from the service providers that run the product.
