These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by Authenticating Solutions LLC, doing business as VerifAI. By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using VerifAI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

Service Description

VerifAI provides AI-powered product authentication services to help users verify the authenticity of items.
Our services include standard verification, deep analysis, comparison tools, and trend analysis.
Authentication results are provided as AI-powered opinions based on visual analysis and should not be considered legal guarantees.
We continuously improve our AI models, but accuracy may vary depending on product type, image quality, and other factors.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and not use our services for fraudulent purposes.
You must not upload images containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze the images you submit.
You understand that authentication results are advisory and should be used alongside your own judgment.

Payments and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
Paddle issues your receipt and invoice and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to web purchases.
Purchases made in the VerifAI iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms and refund rules apply.
Prices are shown before you pay. Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.

Promo codes and invites

Promo codes and invites add free credits to your account. They can't be exchanged for money, and they never change a price.
You get one sign-up bonus per account: a promo code or an invite, whichever comes first. A code works once per account, and codes from the same offer don't stack.
An invite rewards you and your friend after your friend runs their first check within 30 days of joining. Invites can't be used on your own accounts or devices. We may hold or cancel rewards we believe are abusive.

Limitations of Liability

Authenticating Solutions LLC (VerifAI) provides authentication services as-is without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of authentication results.
Our services are not a substitute for professional authentication services for high-value items.
We are not liable for any decisions made based on our authentication results.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
