Accessibility Statement

How we work to make VerifAI usable for everyone.

Last updated: October 2026

This statement applies to the VerifAI website, web app and mobile apps provided by Authenticating Solutions LLC, doing business as VerifAI.

If you have trouble using any part of VerifAI, please contact us at info@verifai.sa.

Our Commitment

Authenticating Solutions LLC (VerifAI) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website, web app and mobile apps.
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
We treat accessibility as ongoing work and review it when we add or change features.

What We Do

We aim to support keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
We aim to provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
We aim to keep text readable with sufficient colour contrast and to respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
We aim to work with common screen readers and browser zoom.

Conformance Status

We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, so we do not claim full conformance.
We will update this statement with the results once the audit is complete.

Known Limitations

We are reviewing the site against WCAG 2.1 AA and will list any known issues here as we find them.
Some third-party services we use, such as payment checkout, Google sign-in and bot-protection checks, are provided by other companies and may not fully meet our accessibility target.
If something does not work for you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.

Feedback and Contact

If you find an accessibility barrier on VerifAI, please email info@verifai.sa and describe the page and the problem.
