Authenticating Solutions LLC ("VerifAI," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for our subscription-based authentication services.

Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not used any verification credits during that period.
- Refunds are available for monthly subscriptions only. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.
- If our service experiences significant downtime (over 24 hours) during your billing period, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that period.
- Refund eligibility does not apply to Enterprise or custom plans, which are governed by separate agreements.
How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, email us at info@verifai.sa with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.
- Please provide a brief reason for your refund request so we can improve our services.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your financial institution.
- We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed on our end.
Non-Refundable Items
- Verification credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
- Partial months of service are non-refundable after the 14-day eligibility window.
- One-time purchases, such as individual DeepSearch certificates, are non-refundable once the analysis has been initiated.
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation. You retain access to your verification history.
- If you cancel and wish to re-subscribe, your previous plan and pricing may not be available.
