In short

  • A Deep VerifAI result ends in one of two verdicts: Authentic or Fake.
  • Confidence reflects how strongly the visible evidence lines up with known references: stitching, hardware, logos, codes and materials.
  • Deep VerifAI produces a digital certificate with the photos, the analysis and the price estimate.

The verdict

A Deep VerifAI result ends in one of two verdicts: Authentic or Fake. A quick check gives a verdict and the key findings, and says when the photos did not show enough to decide.

Read beyond the headline

The verdict is a summary. The findings underneath tell you which details agreed with genuine examples and which did not.

The confidence level

Confidence reflects how strongly the visible evidence lines up with known references: stitching, hardware, logos, codes and materials. Higher means stronger evidence. Lower confidence usually means some important details were missing or unclear in the photos.

The evidence

  • Which details were checked, such as the logo, labels, stitching or serial number
  • What looked right and what looked wrong
  • What was missing, for example no photo of the serial number or no receipt
  • A price estimate where there is enough market data, with a warning if an asking price looks too low

The certificate

Deep VerifAI produces a digital certificate with the photos, the analysis and the price estimate. Share its link with a buyer or seller and they can open it without an account. It records an AI opinion, not a guarantee, and a new check may be needed if the item's condition changes.

If the result is unclear

  1. 1Look at what the result says is missing, often a label, a serial number, the hardware or the receipt
  2. 2Retake those photos in good, even light, close up and in focus
  3. 3Run the check again with the new photos
If it is unclear, take more photos

If a finding looks wrong

Email info@verifai.sa from your account email with the check ID and the finding you think is wrong. A person looks at the check, and if it did not work as it should, the credit is returned. Please keep your photos and receipts out of public posts.

Before you act on a result

For an expensive item, use the result alongside the seller's documents and, if you are still unsure, a professional authenticator.
